Hi, Emily! The BIOS firmware did not help, it gives an error. Does not turn on,the charge indicator  ...

Hello maks40,
If you could not solve the problem with the BIOS firmware, then either you did something wrong, or it could be a hardware problem. If this is the second, then you should send the tablet for repair. Send the request to service@chuwi.com.

Hello I have issues with the SD card reader. It's not detecting my card when I put it in.

His case is not unique. There are several threads indicating the same problem and in which alternative, unofficial solutions are provided, which manage to revive the use of the card and prevent it from happening again. Check these threads and act as indicated in them.

Hi I have a Hi10 serial number Q64G45160503734, I have tried almost everything now and I still cannot get the touch screen driver to work under windows 10.

1) Clean install of windows 10 from Micosoft and then layering drivers from this page on top
2) Installation of the pre-july win 10 install image from this page
3) Installation of the july win 10 image from this page

In case 3 I have everything working except the touch panel, in case 2 most works and in case 1 I can get most working...   Everything seems to be ok except the touch panel, no matter what I do.  I know the touch panel is working as I have tested it from the boot screen as well as from android so its not a hardware issue.

Please help.

Jeremy.
