Is it a refurbished product?

Hello.
I bought two CHUWI HI10 PRO.
One was wrapped in vinyl. But the other had only two stickers printed "CY".

What is the difference between these two?
Is it a refurbished product?

It was NOT wrapped in vinyl.
Only two stickers printed "CY" (detached by me).
Already "Admin" ID (windows 10) was registered in it.
Is it a refurbished product?

Could be open box, resealed. ask the seller.

And the one that was wrapped in vinyl don't have any Windows Account???

Admin is normal. All these Chinese tablet's are coming with the admin account.

Not all, my Hi12 diden't had any account when i recived it, wassen't even set up in Windows

Any relation on Admin Account and TF Slot (Micro SD) problems?

I am from days to decide for return/refund the defective or change a replacement.
Mine was not wrapped in vinyl and have Admin Account...and Micro SD problems (error 10 on windows and some problems with samsung evo+ 32 and 64GB on Android 5.1 - on sleep mode the card unmount and have to reboot to mount again).
A new card from Gearbest (Netac pro 64GB) appear in android with no problems and sleep mode do not provoke the unmount. On windows continue with the same error 10 in the devices.

PS1 - Re-install windows 10 image does not resolve the issue.
PS2 - Image from the forum does not have Admin Account!!!

I bought 7 Chuwi tablets (4 Vi10 Pro and 3 Hi10 Pro), all in Gearbest and I have found 3 different cases:
1. Closed box with vinyl film
2. Open box without any protection
3. Box sealed with CY stickers

Only in the case of the closed box with vinyl film came without creating user on windows, turning on the screen of selection of language, country and time zone.
In other cases it always came in English language, and with the Admin user created.

I would also like to know if Gearbest opens the products just to falicilitar the putting into operation or that really it is refurbished product
