Please cotnact your seller and return it for repair.
Or email to

email to service@chuwi.com ?
Emily, I wait since over 1 year that the problem is resolved that the microsd Card slot can not use. 3 times you say the same to me email to service@chuwi.com  and also that you give forward to service.
One time last year i get answer from the service to do something, but that was not for success. I asked for new information, what is to do. But also 3 month now ago more , 3 times remembered by me, nothing hapened.
As result I have now killled on my Webpage the employing of your HI12 - product.

Thank to santi.sc and emily to helping solve to realive my tablet. At first a order this tools:
1) USB Programmer CH341A Series Burner Chip 24 EEPROM BIOS Writer 25 SPI Flash
2) 1.8V adapter for Iphone or motherboard SPI Flash Memory SOP8 DIP8 W25 MX25
3) SOIC8 SOP8 Flash Chip IC Test Clips Socket Adpter BIOS/24/25/93 Programmer Mini

The tablet must be open and take the flashing procedures directly on the BIOS chip.
