Hi12 Turns On But Can Only Boot to BIOS

Hi all,

I left the tablet plugged in and went to visit family for a weekend. I came back to a tablet that would not turn on (but I fixed that with some reading on this forum). The issue I have after successfully turning the tablet on is that it is only booting to the BIOS every time. I've tried F3 followed by F4 and hitting F7 to see if I could boot into Windows or Android. For clarity, I will include two videos to show what I am seeing on my end. Please let me know if you have any insight into what I am doing wrong here or anything else I can try.

In my case, I am using the dualboot model with the Z8350 CPU. My use case does not involve messing around in the BIOS or with partitions. I strictly use this tablet for consuming media on the Android system.

Thanks for reading!

Hello findant,
It seems that you have lost your eMMC drive at all. So you do'nt have bootable device in Boot Menu. Your tablet need to be repaired.

I totally agree with what motobot indicates. I have seen this behavior on other devices and exactly matches the loss of the eMMC. It can not be resolved with a reinstall because it does not recognize any boot drive.
The only solution is the technical service to replace the eMMC

Thanks for the replies everyone. It's unfortunate that my eMMC was lost. Going forward, I'll take it to a repair place and see what else they diagnose. I might try to boot Android off a USB stick if repairs are too costly. I'm hoping that nothing more than the eMMC was lost.
