Hello samnasser,
Of course, you can install Android as one OS, allocating the whole eMMC disk to it.
You can do GPT repartition of your eMMC drive by reflashing Android with a modified gpt.bin file. Click
Do not worry about that the link I added is for a different brand and model. This is what you need. You should download the ZIP file. Choose gpt_53g.bin and rename it to gpt.bin. Then replace original gpt.bin in your rom folder and reflash Android with Intel Phone Flash Tool. You should choose flash.json to delete Windows partitions.

Does it also work for the standard Chuwi Hi10? (no pro or plus version)

If it works in the same way, but remember you always have to use the correct Rom for your tablet.
In addition, you must remove the operating system's dual selection menu before removing Windows.

How to remove the dual menu of the start of the tablet?

-Initiate the tablet in Windows
- You run the SwitchNOW application from the shortcut on the Windows desktop.
-You click on No when the question pops up Are you sure to switch to Android?
-Select disable.
-Reinit and check that the dual start menu does not come out.
Then you can do the tutorial to eliminate Windows giving all the space available in Android.

Thanks motobot and santi.sc

I had tried to turn my Hi10 Pro Android-only by just re-partitioning in-place. This left my tablet unable to boot into Windows or Android. The above method has resurrected it, Android-only as I wanted.

However, as I'd already lost the ability to boot into Windows before reading this, I still have the 10-second wait at the Win/Android boot menu (which now naturally doesn't have a Windows option). Is there another way to get rid of this menu, or at least shorten the countdown?

Hello boffy,
You should disable Boot screen menu. You can run SwitchNOW app under a bootable USB WinPE. Try WinPE 10 Sergei Strelec
1. Run the SwitchNOW app;
2. Click No in the dialog window "Are you sure to switch to Android?";
3. Select Disable and click Exit in the Boot menu configuration window;
Reboot your tablet and make sure that Boot Menu does not appear.
