HiBox Mini PC warranty question

My HiBox Mini PC just 4 months old. It is bought from GearBest website. Now the system is failed to boot. When I power up the system, usually a blue light will on, nothing "on" now, no light, no screen etc. I examined the power supply, 12V is available. I tried connect the PC on different power socket, still the same. My question is, I claim the warranty direct from your company or from GearBest? Wish can having your answer ASAP.

hello, Michael, you can claim the warranty direct from GearBest, because you bought it directly, you can get a quick reply from them, could you please send me the serial number so that i can also help you contact them?
