Sad story about Chuwi`s after-sales and repair service

It was always the same problem with Lenovo. Extreme heat broke something in mobo. And usually repair took 1-2 months.

Small update... Nothing has happened since.  I have receive one address to whatsapp as mentioned before, she never answered,  reads messages though. no I received address to Skype,  but so far he has not answered either.

Small update.... Now they say tablet is at Hungary. And that motherboard is either sent or will be sent to Hungary, where they will repair it.

Let us face the truth, we are buying tablets with very low margin price.  Chuwis business is focused on producing and selling their products and not on providing service for them. There is a german saying: Wer billig kauft, kauft teuer. Which means: Who buys cheap, buys expensive.
Never perform a bios update on a working device!

Small update....

I was in talks with Hungary repair station where from they verified that tablet is there indeed. Chuwi was not able to send them mobo yet altough they said that they would. Guy was nice and answered quite quickly.

Next day i got reply from Chuwi where they said that mobo has now been sent to Hungary and tablet will be repaired. I sent new mail to Hungary where i stated that mobo is now sent. Now after almost a month and few email to Hungary they have not replied anymore.

So at the moment i know that my tablet is in Hungary. I do not know if mobo have been actually sent to Hungary nor if it will be actually get repaired.
