Touchscreen not working Windows/Android on Chuwi Hi12

Hello,
I have a Hi12 Dual Boot Android-Windows quite new (less than one year). Since 3 months the touchscreen is not working neither on Windows nor on Android. A part from that, Hi12 is working properly with mouse and keyboard. What can I do to fix the touchscreen?

Have you checked the administrator devices if you do not have any error triangle in the touch controllers?
You can try installing the touch drivers again. Another option would be to make a clean installation of both operating systems, but it is strange that the tablet stops working the touch in both operating systems so suddenly.

I have this same problem. Also when you start the tablet to choose Windows or Android does not respond.

The fact that it does not work in any of the systems makes it clear that it is surely a hardware problem. The touch of the screen may have broken with a blow or excessive pressure on the screen.
If none of this has happened, it should be ruled out that the flex of the touch screen has been disconnected. To do this you must open the tablet and tighten the connection of the screen flex with the motherboard.
If you do not have the ability to open it, you can seek help from a technician.

I've asked for warranty to the vendor, he told me to firstly try to reset Chuwi H12 to the original factory settings. But I don't know how to do this: in the forum they talk about flashing, but I don't want to flash it because it is still in the warranty period.
What should I do?
