I've dropped my Hi10 Pro and cracked the glass.  I've looked around and it seems that replacement glass and digitizers are available, however there are a few different model numbers out there.

My Hi10 Pro model starts HQ64G. Does anyone know which model of glass+digitizer I need to buy?

Thanks!
Edit:

I've found these two versions.  They both say they are for the same model of Hi10 Pro, but the price is very different.  Anyone know what the difference is?

To be completely sure of the touch you need for your tablet you should check the reference that appears on the broken touch connection flex. This way you will have the assurance that it is the same model.
You can also contact service@chuwi.com where they can indicate the model you need and get the replacement.
If you need help with the replacement, you can see some of the videos on youtube that detail the whole process: https://youtu.be/vroy9y_0T8s

Thanks for the info.  I've checked the cable and there is no model number printed on it.  I've looked at examples online to see where the part number is and it's definitely not printed in the same place on my cable.  In fact there are no numbers on the cable at all.

The IC chip has the following numbers:

GSL3680
A3B0E77507N

I can't find any listings that match those particular numbers though.

I'll give Chuwi support a go.

In case anyone is interested in an update, I contacted Chuwi support and received a prompt reply.  I ordered a new touch panel from them for $30 with free delivery to the UK.  Took about a week to get here.

Bit of a pain to get the old screen off, but with some patient work I managed to do it.  The new touch panel works fine and is actually better than the old one.  I found the Hi Pen unusable with the original touch panel as the lower part of the screen was very unresponsive to the pen (OK with a finger though).  This new one seems more responsive across the whole surface and works a lot better.  Still not as good as a proper active pen, but a lot more usable.  I guess there was a fault with my original panel.

Anyway, thanks to Chuwi and the mods here for their help.

Hi,

I just used the customer service email address detailed in the second post above (service@chuwi.com). Sent them my serial number and what part it was I needed. The reply was within one working day and delivery was around a week.

Hope this helps!
