This has still not worked.

In device manager, under network adapters;
WAN Miniport (IKEv2)
WAN Miniport (IP)
WAN Miniport (IPv6)
WAN Miniport (L2TP)
WAN Miniport (Network Monitor)
WAN Miniport (PPPOE)
WAN Miniport (PPTP)
WAN Miniport (SSTP)

And nothing else is there. Is that correct, because shouldn't there be an Intel Dual Band there?

Yes, you are missing that and it is included in the files that I have sent you. You should look in the device manager if there is any unknown device. If so, click on it, properties, driver, update driver and point to the folder where you unzipped the drivers. Select the search in subfolders option

There's no unknown device, I managed to add the Intel (R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165 but it has a yellow warning mark on it.


Like that one.
