You are mistaken, the product page clearly states that only charger and tablet are included. The keyboard can be bought optionally. (Seriously? Do you also blame your grocery store for not giving you the waffles presented on the ice cream package?, lol.) And its also not chuwis fault, that the reseller shipped you the wrong charger.
