Hi10 Plus touchscreen sensitivity

The touchscreen sensitivity of my Hi10 Plus has been really bad from the start. In fact, it forces me to use a bluetooth mouse far more often than I would like to...
So now I'm wondering if I can increase the sensitivity of the screen somehow. I searched this forum and found that others had screen sensitivity problems as well. And there are also a few mentions of how they solved the problem.
How about the Hi10 Plus? Anyone having had the same sensitivity problems and managed to solve them? Is there a "developer mode" or BIOS setting? How do I even enter the BIOS (without keyboard)?
Thanks already for your reply!

In widows there is calibration of display. if you did it, then delete you calibration. Another thing is go to windows device manager and uninstall touch screen. If you reset it, there will be installed default drive which worked... one of these two things worked if i did, not sure in which combination...but i also spend a lot of time on it... i did not find way how to change sensitivity, but this setting made touch screen usable

Thanks for your response. I re-calibrated the screen, that seems to have an effect, especially around the edges of the screen.
I may have overlooked it, but did not find a way to "uninstall touch screen" in Device Manager.
Thanks again!
