Have a Hi 10 Pro tablet (Z8300 PQ64G45160902257) I had to reinstall Windows 10, now the touchscreen is not shown in any section of Device Manager.
Where do I find the driver and..
How do I install it?

Thanks

David

Download the drivers for your Tablet: https://chuwiinnovationtechnolog ... t3gm34oj864zp6a4s0j

Then with the Double Drivers program select the restore option, find the folder where you have downloaded the drivers and accept, in a few minutes the restoration of the Tablet's drivers is done, then restart the computer.

Then ...

Thanks for all this. However..
when I use Double driver it says it cannot find the file ' restore.ini '. When I looked through the folder, there was no restore.ini file.Do you have the file or can tell me what is the text in it?
Cheers

Inside the download link you have to leave a file with the first or last name "Touch"
Copy all the folders inside that file in the path:
  1. C:\Windows\System32\drivers
Copy the Code

Then restart the tablet and check if the touch works.

Have not you made any changes to the digitizer of the Tablet screen? Or some other repair in the equipment? It is by ruling out where the problem comes from.
Android works the touch screen?

Please try this option, enable the installation of Windows 10 drivers without signing, see this link: https://www.howtogeek.com/167723/how-to-disable-driver-signature-verification-on-64-bit-windows-8.1-so-that-you-can-install-unsigned-drivers/
Then install the drivers with the program that I sent you in the first answer, if you get an error message try to send the photo.
Remember also the installation method by copying and pasting these new drivers in the path: C:\Windows\System32\Drivers
Test if another driver is not:

Hi
Thanks for your help. I've followed the instructions, but no success. Also there have been no error messages!
When I open Device Manager, there is no touchscreen device in the window; when I looked at the installation of a 'legacy device' it told mr the drivers you sent were 32 bit - my windows is 64 bit..
I've attached a screenshot of my Device Manager page, showing the HID devices as well as two unknown devices.
Thanks
David
