The USB C connection is very deep and, even if you load correctly, for data you should enter more. If the USB connector does not allow it, you should cut the plastic around the connector by one millimeter

Thank you for your answer.
I did not recognize it even if I cut the connector and inserted it deeply.
It is unlikely a physical cause.

If you have not made any changes to the Bios (which I do not advise you to do), the USB C port driver, which is the same as the micro USB port and keyboard dock, should work correctly. Only occasional disconnections occur with the updates, but they are corrected with a Windows restart.
Check if there is a yellow triangle in the USB driver in the device manager

Try another cable and charger that gives the same voltage as the original charger. Leave the tablet connected for a few hours to see if it responds and start charging the battery.

Okay, I got it.
I guess you tried different USB memories? Android does not work either?
Did you try to connect USB memory via USB HUB C? for trying something different.

Thank you for your answer.
I tried another USB memory.
I also tried a USB hub.

Test by pressing the Windows + Q key combination and type in the "cmd" search engine. Right click and choose the option "open as administrator".
Now write the following:

  1. SET DEVMGR_SHOW_NONPRESENT_DEVICES=1
  2. devmgmt.msc
Copy the Code
You will enter the device manager as "administrator", which will allow you those hidden devices that could be interfering. Now just go to the "view" menu and click on the "show hidden devices" option.
Check if a device with an alert triangle appears.
You do this process are the USB connected in the USB C.
