I purchased Acer Gadget E10 ETPad Max tablet with Windows 11 and the Chuwi HiPen H7 (smart stylus) included. I’ve tried writing with the pen in various programs, but I’ve encountered the same problem: I can’t disable touch input when using the pen. The “Ignore touch input when using the pen” setting in Windows 11 doesn’t work with Chuwi HiPen H7. As a result, every time I place my hand on the tablet screen and start writing, I get traces of my palm or fingers along with the words I create with the pen. What can I do about this? Using the pen, especially for writing, without the “ignore touch input” setting working is impossible. It’s impossible to keep your hand off the screen while writing (it’s uncomfortable and produces illegible scribbles). What should I do to prevent the screen from responding to my hand when using the Chuwi pen?
