Hi. I own a chuwi hi10 xpro with android 13 on it. I was browsing the chuwi global portal awhile ago and saw that they were already distributing hi10 xpro models with android 14 in them. The question is…can we expect an ota update for this anytime soon in the future? If not, will the rom be accessible for us for a manual update? Thanks.

We will not make updates to model previouslly sold. That means the models who are already Android 13 wont have updates to Android 14. Only the models from the last batch will be with Android 14.

I explained in the previous post. We normally dont update unless there is some hardware problem.

Well i do have some problem with how the mouse works in this tablet on Android 13.
so the situation i am in is, Whenever i move my mouse in landscape orientation the right to left mouse movement goes Upward to downward in the screen and whenever i move my mouse down to top it goes left to right. Its like the axis is rotated -90 degree.
