Just purchased this tablet from Wish and having battery charging issues. When it arrived it was at 62%. I let it charge for several days and it climbed all the way to 63%, used it for an hour and it went to 41%. It is now at 30% after being turned off and charged continuously for 2 days. What is my next step. I like the tablet but cannot use it much longer in its present condition?

Just an attempt
Make a factory reset from Android settings.
If the problem is not corrected, return the tablet to the seller

I’ve been encountering this issue too with my [OPPO smartphone](https://iprice.ph/oppo/phones-tablets/smartphones/). I did factory reset but still the same ☹

Chronic problem with Chuwis.
Pinch the charging socket to make it tight, then put it on a USB port of a computer to charge. A little super glue on the outside of the socket helps reinforce the socket.
It might very slowly charge there - could take a day or more.
Worth a try because it’s a nice little machine when it works.

The charging problem is heat related.
I chill the backside with something from the freezer for 10 minutes, it stops self-shutting off charging.
