# Bluetooth not working in RZBOX Ryzen 7 5800H

I´ve just received my new RZBOX Ryzen 7 5800H and bluetooth is not working.  
In Device Manager I see that the device is not OK. It says “Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)”.  
I´ve tryed to update the driver & to uninstall & install it again but it doesn´t work
