# Bluetooth vanished from my RZBOX

I have had the RZBOX for less than a year, and suddenly sound stopped working, (Headphone Jack, HDMI) alltogether and bluetooth is no longer showing at all in device manager. I have reinstalled the drivers supplied in some of the other posts, however this has not corrected the issue. I have pluged speakers in directly, No no sound and no sound is coming from my monitor speakers either.
