Hi. My Hi10 XPro is stuck in a bootloop and I want to try resetting it to factory defaults but I cannot seem to get in any kind of recovery mode. Is there a way?

I have read in another thread that this is disabled and you have to reflash. Is this the only way? If it is, can I request for the correct image, instructions, and tools? I’ll be giving my device’s serial number now.

Thanks for the assistance.
