# Brand new Ubook pendrive not working

i bought it brand new and i cant get the pen to work. dont u people test it out before u ship it? seriously now? how is this possible? i see various threads on that matter.

Maybe the capacity of pendrive too big? My 128GB Kingston pendrive too not recognise. But the 64GB recognise.
