# charger problem

hello, in december 2022 i bought chuwi hi 10 x windows tablet from ebay seller, who doesn’t reply to my messages, i have problems with charging, the tablet doesn’t charge despite being attached to the usb type c input. I kindly ask if it is possible to have a new charger to be able to use my tablet. where can i buy it? can you send me a link to buy it? Thank you.

They suggested me to change the battery.

Still trying to figure out which model/brand is needed

Ho fatto controllare il tablet ed il problema è il connettore, sapete se è possibile avere una soluzione a questo problema? Non è possibile dopo 6 mesi si è rotto.
