# Charger troubles

Received free laptop through Compudot.  
Do not have charger for Chuwi Gemibook Xpro.  
Tried using c port charger & laptop does not charge.  
Back of laptop says 12V=3A type CWI574.  
How do i obtain the appropriate charger?

you need to write the store to send you the charger…you bought it there
