Good day! I’m experiencing issues with my Chuwi 10X Pro tablet. It constantly restarts and displays the error message ‘Device is corrupted.’ I found a forum post suggesting a factory reset might resolve the issue. Could you please provide the firmware file and a step-by-step tutorial on how to perform the reset?

I’ve attached my tablet’s serial and IMEI numbers for reference. I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
