I purchased CHUWI HiPad Air 10.3inch | Android 11 | LPDDR4 6GB |128G eMMC - this tablet is troublesome from the beginning - it used to work very slow and when I try to open it - I see the logo and the tablet switches off - I purchased this in July last year ---

Faulty Battery may be… instead of using the supplied adapter, plug in with Type C charger, if you have one for another laptop. That should take you further. Then check if the battery is recognised. ---

hi, the same problem. screen logo but can’t boot. if you plug (also other charger tested) no battery loading appears, just the chuwi start screen. pls help
