Hello, I bought a brand new CHUWI CoreBook X(i3-1220P) 16GGB 512GGB. Serial Number is JCorBXUY1H250903915. I bought this laptop from [marktplatz.bild.de](https://marktplatz.bild.de) and received it on 12.03.2026.

I immediately realized that speakers are not working as expected. This laptop has total 4 speakers - 2 in each side and 2 in front. When testing sound, I see following behavior:

- when testing left speaker, laptop plays sound from **‘front left’** and **‘front right’** speakers.
- when testing right speaker, laptop plays sound only from **‘side right’** speaker.

So basically **‘side left’** speaker is not working at all. And this creates very strange hearing experience when playing an audio (music or zoom call).

Basically, **‘front left’** and **‘side left‘** speakers should work when testing the sound for left speaker. Same way **‘front right’** and **‘side right‘** speakers should work when testing the sound for right speaker. This is very strange problem.

I tried to fetch drivers based on my serial number from [https://support.chuwi.com/](https://support.chuwi.com/) but that did not help. I also tried the drivers from [https://www.mediafire.com/file\_premium/v5ulfwcf7scwwa1/SU\_DN525\_Drivers\_WIN11\_X64\_V0.1\_20240731.zip/file](https://www.mediafire.com/file_premium/v5ulfwcf7scwwa1/SU_DN525_Drivers_WIN11_X64_V0.1_20240731.zip/file) that I found from other posts. But nothing helped. My feeling is that this is a driver issue but re-installing any drivers id not helping. Does anyone have a solution?
