Hi, when I turn on the H10x, I have several problems. Sometimes my desktop is half dark, sometimes it seems crazy, the typical command prompt window, the calculator image, or those programs whose icons are only touched by the mouse appear and disappear. The only solution is to press the power button to turn off the screen and press it again to turn it back on. How can I fix this? Thanks.

Hi, I thought that when this problem occurs, I always turn on my Chuwi (it has a detachable keyboard) when it’s closed. As soon as I open it, I see some irregularities on the display (windows appearing and disappearing, the calculator in the foreground, the touchscreen not responding). Now, since I opened the post, I’ve been trying to turn it on, when I open it (I raise the display away from the connected keyboard). What do you think? I’ll keep you updated. Thanks.
