# CHUWI HeroBook Pro BIOS password locked

Hi, could someone please help me?

I have a CHUWI HeroBook Pro (model CW1514) and when I turn it on, it asks for a BIOS password.

I already tried resetting it by disconnecting the battery/CMOS, but the password is still there. I can’t access the BIOS or change boot options.

Has anyone successfully removed or reset the BIOS password on this model?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

who set the password.

Have you tried disconnecting the BIOS jumper?
