# Chuwi HeroBook Pro+ not charging?

This is a new Chuwi HeroBook Pro+ giving a weird error concerning to charging. The first charges, no problem. But now, apparently it is not charging. Any thoughts what’s happening? Charger not ok? Laptop not ok?
