# Chuwi Hi 10 charge problems

I need your help concerning my Tablet **Hi10 CW1515**. s.n. **Q64G42160502438**
The tablet connected to the charger, charge the battery only while the tablet is OFF. If we connect the charger to the tablet while is ON, near to the battery icon is displayed the 220vac socket icon and the brightness rise up(means the charger it is connected to the mains power), but the battery continue to discharge although the tablet is connected to the charger , when the battery capacity drop down of 2%, the tablet shut down . As per your experience can you give me best suggestions to fix this issue ?

This is a known problem.
Try it with another charger that has more capacity, means it will load with higher current.
