I have a Chuwi HI10 _ **Dualboot Windows & Android** _ And I need the iso for windows 10 with all the drivers pre-installed or something because i have windows installed on it but the touch screen and audio works. I dont know how to install drivers so please dont link me to that.

If you need more info about the device then say.
