CHUWI Hi10 Pro (HQ64G4217C902858) not turning on or charging

My friend’s Chuwi Hi10 pro is no longer working after reinstalling Windows 10, since he does not have access to an USB at the moment. We think it’s a BIOS problem because we changed something in the bios for ACPI, but we can’t reflash it since we don’t have a reflasher, nor open it, we tried anything common in the forums, the keyboard light is just blinking when plugged in. Is there any fixes?, I asked CHUWI through messenger and i couldn’t understand what they were saying (type c bootable partition??)
