# Chuwi Hi10 Pro problem while flashing

HI, i obtained the files through chuwi support, but when I am flashing the program stops at thins point and the tablet is like the pic. And after 2 minutes i have the error:  
04/26/22 11:36:50.423 ERROR : [Port 0/3] Command `Wait for device with status pos on port 0/3` failed  
04/26/22 11:36:50.423 ERROR : [Port 0/3] Flash failed (Command type: Device enumeration)  
04/26/22 11:36:51.746 INFO : [Port 0/3] Device lost on 0/3

What can i do to solve this problem?
