# Chuwi Hi12 Touchscreen not work at Windows 10

Hi. I have formatted my Hi12 Chuwi tablet and installed Windows 10, but the touchscreen functions has stopped to work since that. I used the “hi12 drivers dump” files that I found in this forum, but the touchscreen still not work. Could someone help me to fix this?

Hi12 drivers need to distinguish between single and dual systems.So did you install it correctly

Actually, I couldn’t to disable dual boot. Aparently the previous owner made the same mistake, and the shortcut “switch to android” was no longer available, so I couldn’t to disable dual boot before reinstall the windows 10. is this the problem? what can I do?
