O tablet Chuwi Hipad Pro ao ligar só aparece o logo com o nome “CHUWI” e não faz mais nada. Comprei tem 2 meses. o que fazer? vocês podem me passar os drivers desse modelo? ---

Can you enter system or bootloader of your Hipad Pro? If yes, try factory reset. If no, you can try flash Stock ROM [here](https://mega.nz/folder/gBlyiSKI#0gf26D3x0ZVeCCwWi7H2Ew). After flashing the ROM with QFIL, flash persist.img to persist partition with QFIL. ---

Boa noite, não consegui fazer o procedimento, pois não aparece o nome: Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM12). não aparece no gerenciamento de computadores. o tablet liga e fica aparecendo só o nome: CHUWI. ---

Try this [tutorial](https://www.androidjungles.com/qualcomm-hs-usb-qdloader-9008-driver/). I guess you have not installed drivers on your PC. That’s why your PC cannot see the connection of Hipad Pro. ---

Boa noite, O tablet não liga completamente e dessa forma não consigo executar o comando abaixo para que o PC reconheça o tablet. ao meu entender é preciso fazer esse comando no android, mas o tablet liga e só fica aparecendo o nome CHUWI e não faz mais nada. Estou bem triste com a situação, pois comprei tem uns 2 meses. Será que alguém pode me dar um suporte por vídeo? ou então existe alguma autorizada aqui no Brazil? queria resolver esse problema. **Passo 3.** **Habilite a depuração USB** em seu dispositivo Android. Você pode fazer isso simplesmente seguindo a direção dada: **Configurações\> Sobre telefone\> toque 7-8 vezes no número de compilação. Isso permitirá a opção do desenvolvedor nele.** **Vá para Configurações\> Opções de desenvolvedor\> depuração USB e habilitá-lo.** ---

By the way, in order to use QFIL to flash stock ROM, you need to enter download mode. There are 2 ways to enter Download mode: 1. adb command line: _adb reboot edl_ 2. turn off your device. hold volume up + volume down + power. After entering edl mode, connect your Hipad Pro to PC. Your PC should see com port that your Hipad Pro connected. Then you can use QFIL to flash Stock ROM by following the manual in the zipped file. ---

Lembrando que, antes de seguir os passos, apague os caracteres que estão em chinês no nome de uma das pastas. Eu não consegui de primeira porque os caracteres chineses faziam o processo não funcionar. ---

O meu não aparece Qualcomm HS-USBLoader 9008 (COM3) ele aparece Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnóstica 90DB (COM6) o que eu faço ---

You need to install Qualcomm driver on your PC first. [Here](https://mega.nz/file/8MVChTJb#8mgBZj5oVIFpxIbRyEyH6_G4fQzvvO6NjqUZLwrD2mU) is the link to the driver. And above that you need Windows 10 or higher to use QFIL. I had failed using QFIL to back up my Hipad Pro’s partitions because my PC was on Windows 7.
