**Temporarily Fix:**  
STEP 1: Install [MSI AFTERBURNER](http://download.msi.com/uti_exe/vga/MSIAfterburnerSetup.zip)  
STEP 2: CLICK ON THE FAN POWER LIMIT (%)  
STEP 3: SET IT TO 30  
STEP 4: CLICK ON THE SAVE SYMBOL
