Sorry if that doesn’t help, I went to a shop and they said it had to work. The seller said OK and they reinstalled Android in the shop for around €38. Then everything was great. ---

Hello, I sent it in too, I’ve been waiting for 2 years now. I hardly ever get any replies. I logged into Instagram, no problem with yopmail. Official Chuwi site said I would help. It really seems to be like that but I don’t know yet. You should try. There’s nothing here yet. I’m Germany ---

It didn’t help. The touchpad does not work on Windows 10
