is there any solution for the corebook x 2021 i5 8 gen fan noise.  
it always start at 40C cpu temp

When I upgraded from Win10 to Win11, it got a lot better but no miracles.

I have win 11 and I downloaded ThrottleStop and undervolt the cpu it got a lot better but the fan still turn on at 40 degree which is too low  
Is there any software or bios configuration to change this setting ?
