# Demande BIOS HI 13

Bonjour,  
Ma tablette HI13 (N°série:Q64G45170701420) fonctionne bien mais pas l’écran tactile alors que le pilote "GoodixTouchDriverDevice " est installé.  
J’ai le même problème avec Windows 10 ou Ubuntu.  
BIOS actuel:American megatrends Version:5.12  
Pouvez-vous m’envoyer le nouveau firmware?

My HI13 tablet (serial number: Q64G45170701420) works well but the touch screen does not work while the “GoodixTouchDriverDevice” driver is installed.  
I have the same problem with Windows 10 or Ubuntu.  
Current BIOS: American megatrends Version: 5.12  
Can you send me the new firmware?

I have updated the new driver and the touchscreen still does not work.  
So I updated the bios and now the tablet doesn’t turn on.  
Do you have a way to reinstall the old bios? Thank you
