Diplay Port 1.4 AuBox AMD Ryzen 9 IT DOES NOT WORK. I’ve tried many cables without success. Can anyone help me? Thanks. ---

I plug a monitor into the HDMI port and another into the DP 1.4 port, but it doesn’t work. I was told that it depends on whether the DP port is active or passive. How do I know? ---

Then connect both monitors. In Windows, You have to configure the extended desktop. If the extended Windows configuration isn’t working, You might need to configure it in the BIOS. It’s always a good idea to look for a tutorial on YouTube. ---

I’ve tried a lot, and it doesn’t work. Even the technician at the store who sold me the PC and monitor managed to fix it; in the end, he connected it via USB-C. There’s no option in the BIOS for the DP port. ---

109 Someone told me I need an Active DP adapter. I have no idea. I haven’t found anything on YouTube that works. ---
