Какие могут быть причины почему не подключается монитор к DisplayPort. Через имеющийся HDMA монитор работает?

It could be the cable , did you try it in another computer? or the computer does not work, the conector.  
Is your computer still under warranty?

On CoreBox, the monitor did not work through the cable, but on another system unit, the monitor worked through this cable. The warranty is over. But the cable was passive and not active, maybe that’s the reason?

We cannot really know, as it should work fine, it could be the monitor, configuration or the cable  
In your case we recommend to take it to a repair store so they can make all the test with different cables and check if its hardware or just cable issues.
