Hi, In march I purchased the whole package tablet pad and pen.
The serial No.is H10 X Q128G20010797 haven’t used it yet. Going
to set it up next week. After all that, what i want to ask is, do i need
to install any firmware or drivers. Long winded i know but

If there is no problem then you don’t need the firmware.
