# Dont find microphone on Windows 10

Hi  
I have a Hi 12 with double operative system, in Windows 10 there isnt the microphone, in the control panel the audio in is empty. In android the microfone there is and it work good.  
Have you a solution for me? Ty  
In Windows non c’e’ traccia della periferica audio in, il microfono non compare proprio, infatti non funziona Cortana, ne nessuna applicazione che abbia il microfono, tanto che pensavo fosse un problema hardware. In android invece va tutto bene, qundi il microfono esiste da qualche parte e funziona! Grazie e saluti

You should reinstall windows, please tell me your serial number.

serial number should be this: Q64G45160904776, model CWI520
