# F7 don´t enter boot options

Hi,

My chuwi 10 pro does not recognize F7 to enter boot options. I´ve tried with different keyboards in mini usb and usb type C but nothing do.  
Both ports seems to be ok because if I connect a led light to each port it light up. Not sure if suficient.  
(Of course the windows don´t start up)

Any advice?? Already without ideas.  
Chuwi support advice to flash and reinstall but I cant enter in bios. Displays the error “BOOTLOADER ERROR CODE 01/02”…
