Hello Chuwi Support Team,

My Chuwi Hi10 XPro tablet is currently bricked/locked, and I need to reinstall the official factory firmware using the SPD Upgrade Tool to recover it.

Here are the details of my device:

- **Model:** Chuwi Hi10 XPro (CW1559)
- **Serial Number (S/N):** JH10XpAB60250901768

Could you please provide me with the official download links for the correct **.pac** firmware file and the specific USB drivers for this exact serial number batch?

You can download the operating system and drivers from the Chuwi website, in the “Support” and “Downloads” sections.

If there are no downloads available, You must contact customer service.
