# First installation

Hi! I’m having some trouble since the 1st installation: windows can not complete the installation. How can I do now? The installation ends with “Einen Momemt bitte…”

Es gibt mehrere Threads im Herobook-Bereich mit demselben Problem. Es gibt ein Problem mit dem Popup-Bildschirm in Windows, um eine Stecknadel zu setzen. Sie können Ihre Installation abschließen, indem Sie den Router vom Stromnetz trennen oder die Alt- und Tabulatortaste drücken, um den Popup-Bildschirm aufzurufen.
