# Help me! Support has stopped responding. Why is this happening?

I have two broken keyboards on my laptops. I paid for them and they kindly sent them to me. They got lost at the Russian Post. They offered to pay for the keyboards again and send them again via SDEK. I agreed to pay for everything again with delivery via SDEK. But the support stopped responding to me completely. As a result, I have two broken laptops and complete silence in response to my letters.  
Please help me finally buy two keyboards with a trackpad for my Minibook X. I’m writing this not because I enjoy it, but because I need a small laptop for work, and both of my keyboards are broken. Please send them via SDEK, and I can pay more. Machine serial number: ZMinBXIY4H250601447, ZMinBXIY4H250300512 . I bought one on Aliexpress and one in Russia at DNS.
