Hello, i need help, why when my Hi10X cannot wake after sleep mode. Pushing power button doesnt do anything. I had to push button long time to shut it down and restart back… ---

Try waking it up with the enter key on your keyboard. Also check the default behaviors of the power button within the power options ---

Ok all, the wait is over, been waiting for weeks from support for the error, had enough patient for wait, i make a bold move by opening the back case of hi10x, lets the warranty void, as customer service doesnt respont it would be just the same… after opening the back case, i located the battery connector (red white black wire) and unplug it. then i hold the power button for at least 30 sec to discharged it. after that i plug back the battery connector to the board and power up the tablet… it would function like new… (the procedure like resetting bios on PC / Laptop) thanks hope this help, and yes my warranty voided when i make this step. p/s: what the function of customer support if all emails i send to them, i just got 1 reply asking for the tablet serial number… then got no reply after that… ---

I think that you have acted correctly and I do not think that you will lose the guarantee for what you have done. Please tell me if your problem is resolved ---

yes, it solved… i think it is indeed voided as the seal is broken to perform the act ---

@Management, can you conform is my warranty is voided as i solved the problem by myself, but doing this action, the warranty seal had been broken ---

i tried this: after I selected “Sleep” then Chuwi got slept usually I press Power Button, not work. Press Power button for long time, to get it to reboot. But this is not ideal. then I incidentally found this. when Chuwi in Sleep state, then I press the Power Button twice, then wait 3 second until the display is on… and then I can continue to put the lock screen and type pin/password to continue hope you’ll find this solving your problem too ---
