Bonsoir, mon laptop herobook a fonctionné deux jours a merveille ,mais le matin j’ai allumé,seulement la petite lampe s’allume mais tout est noir .  
Si quelqu’un peut m’aider merci.

Hello, I sent an email to [aftersale@chuwi.com](mailto:aftersale@chuwi.com).  
they gave me two choices, send to the dealer or send us computer information and photos, also a video showing the failure.  
I sent everything after 10 days I sent it a second time.  
now there is 1 month on the last shipment but still nothing.  
The problem is that I encourage other people to buy chewi.

je deconseille a toute personne cette marque Chuwi, puisque elle a beaucoup de problemes et que je me suis fais arnaqué. et le support ne me repond meme pas a mes emails . mon seul recours est de deposer plainte .

Bonjour, j’ai envoyé un email à [aftersale@chuwi.com](mailto:aftersale@chuwi.com) .  
ils m’ont donné deux choix, envoyer au revendeur ou nous envoyer des informations informatiques et des photos, ainsi qu’une vidéo montrant l’échec.  
J’ai tout envoyé après 10 jours, je l’ai envoyé une deuxième fois.  
maintenant il y a 1 mois sur le dernier envoi mais toujours rien.  
Le problème est que j’encourage les autres à acheter du chewi.

tres mauvaise marque pleine de problemes et surtout service apres vente Nul ou manque de competences.
