# Herobook not power on

hello to all user , today power on of the chuwi and not power on,  
dissasembly disconect the batery , and plug charger and not power on, only red light  
conect batery same problem

i need bios bin file

motherboard is a in SE115C\_VD3

model cwi514  
s/n herobook64g191109471

Same problem with my unit. After my wife used it to watch a youtube video. She properly turned it off and charged it. When she turned it on again, it did not power on.

What seemed to be the problem?

hello, sorry to not aswer , not received any message  
i think need to program a bios, realy complicated to plug in  
and programing…

i think the windows updated reflash bios and … dead tablet
